Highly recommended
We spent one night on our Rheinsteig tour at the Hotel Central. We were greeted very nicely and always had the impression that the staff cared about their guests. We were not dealt with quickly, but they also had a chat and gave us tips on activities, shopping and parking.
The hotel was clean, classically furnished.
The breakfast buffet was great and plentiful.
If we hike the Rheinsteig again, we'll be happy to come back!

We were there with a group of 9 people, from arrival to departure everything was top, the service, the breakfast and the dinner excellent, the staff all very friendly and helpful, also the boss greeted us very nicely and had one or the other excursion tip ready, we will be happy to come back, thank you.

Very good hotel, price-quality ratio, top restaurant!
The price and the quality are certainly right here! Unfortunately, only booked for one night as we were passing through. Very friendly staff and management. But the cherry on the cake is certainly the restaurant. For the next time definitely Central Hotel again.

Almost every year I stay 1-2 times at the Hotel Central. Beautiful new rooms and a great menu in the restaurant. The rooms were large and modernly renovated. The breakfast was very rich and fresh. But in the evening there was always the highlight in the restaurant. Very good cuisine at good prices.

The most outstanding thing about the Hotel Central is the dinner! High-quality German cuisine at reasonable prices. Highly recommended!
A friendly, family-run and well-equipped hotel in a quiet location. The hotel is centrally located on a charming little square.
It was a very nice weekend stay.

Hotel optimally suited for travel reason. 1 night with evening menu. Hotel still has rooms on the other side of the street. Very hot due to the weather, but quiet. Rooms picobello, quite small, but enough space for one night.

Very nice traditional family run hotel in a good location of Rüdesheim. Clean rooms, nice staff. Very good cuisine breakfast buffet. Parking was available in the hotel's underground garage. We even had a small garden which we shared with 5 turtles. Price/performance is right. We like to come back

Once again, a very special thank you to the team at the Stiebler. I had reserved a table for our wedding day. One day before, yet in my opinion, I received the most beautiful seat. The table was decorated with roses and discreet table decorations, simply beautiful. Then an absolutely great service, dear Mrs. Henning, you made the evening unforgettable for us. The recommendation of the dishes, the accompanying wine, the perfect digestive afterwards, everything was super. We will gladly be your guests again on our next visit!
