From the original domicile of the last abbot of Eberbach Monastery, the romantic Central Hotel in the quiet old town of the Rheingau wine town of Rüdesheim was built in 1970.
Even a winery was once located in today's Central Hotel. Sabine and Klemens Stiebler are already running the Central Hotel in the second generation with a lot of heart and soul.
